In late 2019, Johanne found herself facing firsthand discrimination in the workplace. She realised that her experience was not unique. It was a systemic issue, deeply embedded in the fabric of organisations, from policies to procedures and beyond. That’s when the vision for Amp Up Your Voice was born—a consultancy dedicated to amplifying the voices of those who need it most.
